This role is an integral part of their growth strategy
Your role
You will be responsible for the creation of new business opportunities by booking appointments for the business development team.
Follow up leads provided through ongoing digital campaigns and prospect databases
Maintain and update CRM systems and diaries (full training provided)
You'll have experience in an inbound or outbound lead generation/sales role using a consultative enthusiastic approach
Have the ability to work successfully in a target-based environment
Be driven by your ambition and own results as well as having a team ethos to support and celebrate your colleagues
Have an engaging and tenacious personality
You'll have the confidence to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business and nurture conversations
You'll be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn from our super coaching programme
You will also have:
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
