1st Line Engineer
My client, a 5* rated MSP / IT Solutions firm based in Dudley are looking for a 1st Line Support professional to join their team on a hybrid working basis.
In the role you would be supporting their clients across the UK on a range of issues including Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Network Troubleshooting, and Computer Hardware. The role does also include occasional site visits in the local area therefore, you will need a driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a client base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
- Providing technical support for desktop and infrastructure
- Escalating issues to senior members of the support team
- Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
- Configuring and maintaining client systems
Skills required:
- Windows OS
- Office 365
- Networking Troubleshooting
- Computer hardware
