  • Budgeting & Financial Control: Manage the financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting. Track project spending against the budget and take action to address any deviations or potential cost overruns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client specifications. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the project and identify lessons learned for future improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project Management of IT Infrastructure Projects: Extensive experience in managing IT projects that involve the deployment, upgrade, or maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud systems.

  • Leadership, Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills: A dynamic leader who can motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively to reach beneficial outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking. The ability to produce clear, concise, and structured reports, presentations, and other project documentation is essential.
