Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Developer Services Manager, you will work to deliver an industry leading experience for both Self Lay Providers and New Appointment and Variation customers. Using an account management approach, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet market expectations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Project managing non-contestable mains connections through the end-to-end process.
- Meeting SLAs and driving efficiency within the function.
- Supporting the development of the DS performance plan.
- Ensuring SES constructed and adopted assets are of the highest quality in accordance with legislative, policy and industry requirements.
- Collaborating within the industry at working groups and events.
- Formulating asset adoption and bulk supply agreement contracts with customers using standard industry templates.
- Designing and quoting non-contestable source of water connections.
- Ensuring contract compliance is maintained
- Conducting structured audits for both internal and external parties' adherence to SES Water construction specification, policies and legislative requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with experience gained in Developer Services, ideally within the water industry.
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements is essential (for example, SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH) as is the ability to use GIS mapping systems.
You must be an organised individual who is able to use their own initiative to identify possible problems before they occur. A focus on customer outcomes and the ability to build collaborative relationships is also key to being successful in this role.
