Group Content Manager @ Global award-winning E-commerce platform

Hybrid working - 3 days per week in central London office, 2 WFH.

Salary - £55,000-£65,000 (+ bonus & benefits)

Salt have partnered with an award-winning E-commerce platform who are now on the hunt for a Group Content Manager to join their ever-growing team due to business growth.

This person will work across 4 of their brands and collaborate on a daily basis with the wider business including Product, Sales, Ecommerce, and Buying team to make sure that the content is aligned with business priorities.

You will be the Marketing Directors right-hand person & you will play pivotal role at bridging the gap between Content, Social, and Email to ensure consistency across TOV and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate must be extremely comfortable leading a team from the front as well as a passion for the hands-on day-to-day responsibilities, including Copywriting & Content Management.

Requirements..

  • 5+ years' experience in a Content Manager position.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience managing a small team.
  • Must have extensive experience with on-page SEO & technical SEO.
  • Experience working within a small team and have a 'hands-on' approach.
  • Experience working within Fashion, Beauty, or Retail.
  • An expert in... Content Creation, Copywriting, Content Management, SEO, Content Strategy, Editorial management, line management, and Reporting & analysis.
  • Experience in creating UGC-Content.
  • Highly creative mindset.

Responsibilities..

  • Manage 2 junior members of staff.
  • Driving and owning the Content and SEO strategy across multiple brands.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the content calendar.
  • Creating and planning content including high-quality articles, landing page creation, website updates, and managing the advanced SEO strategy to drive engagement.
  • On-Page SEO and Technical SEO to optimise web content for search engines to improve ranking and visibility.
  • Work with teams within the wider business, including senior stakeholders.
  • Performance analysis and Content reviewing.
