Tax specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm in Glasgow who are seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their Private Client Tax team.
Ideal for a CTA Qualified individual (ATT Qualified/ CTA student also considered) looking for their next step in their career with lots of flexibility and an excellent work/ life balance.
You will be working with an impressive client base including HNWIs, Directors and OMBs involving ad hoc advisory work, tax planning, compliance, and regular client liaison.

The Role:
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients
Preparation and review of Personal Tax returns
Capital gains tax computations
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Supporting the delivery of ad hoc advisory projects
Assisting the Partners with advisory work
Reviewing the work of junior staff members
Liaising with HMRC.
Dealing with client queries
Ad hoc advisory work

You:
CTA Qualified (ideally)
ATT Qualified / CTA Part Qualified
Strong Personal/ Private client tax experience within a practice environment
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
Personal tax compliance proficiency
Strong communication skills
