Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer, apprentice or similar seeking an opportunity to join a company with extensive 1-1 training with the manager and a clear progression plan allowing you to become a qualified maintenance engineer?
On offer is a fantastic opening at a well-established specialist fresh produce company with extensive experience and a prime location allowing them to utilise their 112,000 sq. ft factories efficiently and effectively. This company provides specialist 1-1 training to ensure their high quality is maintained whilst working a 4 on 3 off shift pattern.
In the role you will you be learning and training 1-1 on all aspects of job including prevention, maintenance, repairs, monitoring, troubleshooting, recommending and ensuring that all mechanical equipment is efficient. This role offers an opportunity to learn on all specialist mechanical machinery to become an established maintenance engineer.

The Role
- Troubleshoot and Maintain all specialist mechanical equipment
- Assist the maintenance manager in recommending modifications to improve efficiency
- Ensure that all breakdowns and repairs of equipment is carried out
