Our client, a dynamic, international enterprise, is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A to join their global finance team. With operations in 50 countries, this innovative company is headquartered in Basingstoke and offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to its global success. The Finance Manager will work closely with the CFO, FD, and senior management across diverse regions, providing critical insights and support to drive strategic decisions.
This role is a key component of a fast-paced, global business, collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and operations. The Finance Manager will play a hands-on role, while maintaining a strategic overview, making this an ideal position for someone with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to a challenging and dynamic international environment.
What will the Finance Manager – FP&A role involve?
- Update and maintain forecast models, KPI reporting, and analysis for key business units and international segments.
- Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and senior management to deliver insights, set forecasts, and provide operational performance reports across regions.
- Oversee and enhance reporting capabilities, managing data analysts to support core business and trading teams globally.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and support the Finance Director and Shareholders with global initiatives, leveraging technology for efficiency.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager – FP&A vacancy:
- Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent, with experience in a fast-moving consumer environment and exposure to international markets.
- Strong ability to engage with commercial teams at all levels across different cultures and regions.
- Proficient in data analysis with a solid understanding of global business operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to work with additional software such as Power BI.
