The Office Administrator role:
As the Office Administrator, you will assist with office logistics, company policies and support various administrative functions.
Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking hotels and hire cars.
- Gather and process employee expenses.
- Handle purchase orders and vendor invoices.
- Invoice customers and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain company's training plan and schedule training courses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct ISO internal audits.
- When requested support other team members to produce site files, final documentation and assist with sale enquiries.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company departments necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Monitor and report on personal times and activities.
Scope and Indicators:
- Clients include food manufacturers, power stations, pharmaceuticals industries, petroleum industries and other commercial properties.
- No site visits will be required for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential.
- You will be expected to gain a working understanding of the commercial requirements of our service.
- Mainly focused on the UK, with occasional international projects.
Skills and experience required by the Office Administrator:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- UK Geographical knowledge is helpful.
