- Previous office experience where you handled phone calls and emails is essential
- Looking to secure a role in sales
- Happy to work towards targets
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The role - full training given
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage and work in a full 360-degree sales process by completing outbound calls, acquiring and closing sales.
- Attend training sessions
- Reporting on sales figures
- Stay up to date with industry trends
- Accurately recording all customer details/ updating the CRM
- Utilise sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets
