The successful Revit Technician will have post qualification experience especially on RIBA work stages 4 and 5, hold technical expertise in industry standard software and have comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Revit Technician:
- Relevant post qualification experience in the UK
- A degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC
- Working towards MCIAT
- Technical expertise in Revit is essential as well as other industry standard software
- Experience working in a range of sectors ideally residential and hotels
- A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
- Work well both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident liaising with authorities, building consultants, clients and other professionals
- Keen eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations
- Live locally to the Manchester area
