Skills and attributes to join our team:
- Ideally from a finance, customer services, admin, hospitality or retail background
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment (Estate agency and Mortgage roles only)
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
