Japanese Speaking Global Mobility Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Japanese clients regarding global mobility enquiries
  • Liaise with internal tax teams to coordinate responses and deliver solutions
  • Manage client expectations and track case progress using CRM and internal systems
  • Prepare meeting materials, client reports, and internal documentation
  • Schedule and facilitate internal/external meetings with relevant teams
  • Ensure high-quality client service by maintaining clear communication across stakeholders

Japanese Speaking Global Mobility Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Business-level Japanese and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client communication and coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, and standard office systems
