Japanese Speaking Global Mobility Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for Japanese clients regarding global mobility enquiries
- Liaise with internal tax teams to coordinate responses and deliver solutions
- Manage client expectations and track case progress using CRM and internal systems
- Prepare meeting materials, client reports, and internal documentation
- Schedule and facilitate internal/external meetings with relevant teams
- Ensure high-quality client service by maintaining clear communication across stakeholders
Japanese Speaking Global Mobility Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Business-level Japanese and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client communication and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, and standard office systems
