This business works with Local Authorities and Landlords to provide affordable housing and a reliable and low maintenance tenancy service to their customers.
They are looking for a Head of Business Development to join them, working closely with their impressive network of local authority partners, you will be tasked with developing and improving business, looking for ways to grow revenue streams whilst offering the very best level of service. In addition you will drive new business, in particular bidding for PSL's and frameworks within local authorities outside of your current customer base.
In addition you will manage a small team of 2 property specialists, ensuring that objectives and team targets and understood and achieved.
Ideally you will have worked in a commercially focused role within a Local Authority or Housing Association before or similar and have a good understanding of internal processes, how contracts are tendered and awarded and be able to harness your knowledge to build your portfolio.
Although you will be expected to travel to customers as needed, you will also need to be able to work from the Luton office at least 2 days a week
