Deputy Manager - New Residential Home

Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be representing a fantastic new care provider opening their fourth luxury residential home.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a sought after new group with an exceptional collection of homes and an innovative approach.

The role has come about due to internal promotion and the group are seeking an experienced deputy manager who can work as part of the leadership team to commission and develop an outstanding home.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a Deputy Manager role
  • L5 Management or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional resident experience
  • Ability to network and develop effective working relationships
  • Experience of leading and motivating a cohesive staff team
  • Confident IT user, with good working knowledge of Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the home
  • Promote the home and their services within the local area
  • Recruitment, Induction, training and mentoring the staff team
  • Ensuring the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs
  • Working with the GM to ensure the commercial success of the home, delivering to budget and working with the sales manager to achieve occupancy targe3ts
  • Ensure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision
  • Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines

Remuneration

  • Salary offered £60,000 per annum plus benefits
