Key Responsibilities of an Outbound Sales Consultant:
- Outbound calling prospective clients
- Promoting the business's solar energy services
- Providing accurate quotes and costs
- Taking ownership of all general queries and resolving these to achieve customer satisfaction
Key Skills and Experience of an Outbound Sales Consultant:
- Previous sales experience is desirable
- Good customer service is required
- Excellent communication skills including written and spoken
- Being proficient with IT software is required
