Description
The role of Field Service Engineer will involve:
- Carrying out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery either at the depot or on-site with a range of clients.
- Offering breakdown resolutions and an effective repairs service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- The ideal Engineer will have worked in a similar role previously, with a background in mobile plant products and/or agricultural/mechanical engineering.
- Travelling to various customer locations across the West London area.
Profile
The successful Field Service Engineer will have:
- Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment and/or MHE such as Telehandlers.
- Valid driving licence.
- Excellent customer facing skills
- A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering.
- Been apprentice trained with an NVQ Level 3.
- Candidates with a HGV or bus mechanics background will also be considered.
