The Role:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and creative Lead Designer to join their team. As the Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision for both digital and print projects, leading a talented team of designers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for design, leadership, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Oversee and guide the creative team through all stages of design projects, from concept to delivery.
- Project Management: Ensure that all design work meets client briefs, is delivered on time, and aligns with our high standards of quality.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, pitch ideas, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Team Development: Mentor and support junior designers, helping them to grow and improve their skills.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into your work to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
About You:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in a senior design role, ideally within an agency or similar creative environment.
- Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of digital design trends.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your versatility, creativity, and experience across various media.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to both clients and team members.
