Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.
Responsibilities:-
- Preparing and providing quotes to clients.
- Managing direct communications with shippers and overseas agents.
- Handling Exports Customs Entries and invoicing.
- Overseeing and completing varied export jobs from start to finish.
- Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, including T1 declarations and entries.
- Participating in an Export on-call rota, one week in every 10 (remote weekend coverage from 6pm Friday to 9am the following Friday).
Required Experience:-
- Life sciences knowledge and experience essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in air exports.
- Experience with Boxtop or Sequioa is advantageous but not required (training provided).
- Level CO AvSec training is desirable, but not essential (training available).

- 29 days of holiday per year (including bank or public holidays), pro-rata for part-time workers.
