HR Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Basingstoke.

This is a full time, temporary role for 2-3 months. This position will involve HR duties but will also include a variety of other tasks so the successful candidate must have a flexible working approach.

Responsibilities for this HR Administrator role:

  • Updating internal systems
  • Checking accuracy of spread sheets and documents
  • Maintain and update employee records with relevant information
  • Chasing relevant documentation
  • Taking control of trackers and keeping them updated at all times
  • Supporting with all HR and Payroll tasks to ensure day to day duties run smoothly
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents when needed

Requirements for this HR Administrator role:

  • Must be available immediately
  • Analytical working approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working in HR or Payroll Admin is highly beneficial

Further information:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am until 5:30pm however this can be flexible
  • This role is to start immediately
  • £14.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
