THE ROLE:
Rapier Employment is looking for hard-working and reliable Car and Heavy Lashers to work within the busy shipping environment in Southampton. The role involves working to a high level of care in a very busy environment. The main purpose of the role is preparation and ensuring that cars and heavy plant being shipped abroad are held in a safe position for delivery onwards around the world. You will be working in an industrial environment and this work is of a heavy nature.

- Daytime time shifts and operations usually start at 8am.
- Fully Flex shifts during the week and weekends; the flexibility of availability is key for this role!

Requirements
- Be able to travel to Southamption Docks and be UK based with the right to work in the UK.
- 18+ Years Old for insurance purposes
- Physically fit
- Safety Shoes / Boots
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- This is a day shift position, ad-hoc, part-time hours available, currently, start times do include weekends and Bank Holidays. The flexibility of availability is key for this role.
