- Providing professional advice on a broad range of HR issues.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the development of HR strategies that support the organisation's objectives.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Participating in HR projects, as required.
Profile
The successful ER Advisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A team player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
Job Offer
