Reed Accountancy are partnering with a growing SaaS start-up whose AI-driven SaaS platform is simplifying the integration of data across different businesses, enabling analysis, optimizations and decisions that deliver vast improvements.
The business has recently raised £3.76m, working with a number of high-profile investors and has further significant growth plans.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Accountant to work on an interim basis, maintaining the day-to-day accounting processes including VAT returns, liaison with HMRC, payment of employee expenses, payroll and accounts payable processing.
Initially the successful candidate will work alongside a firm of external accountants to transition the finance function in-house before the newly appointed COO joins the business in October. As this is a growing business you will need to be comfortable working on your own initiative in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Software packages used at Cogna include Xero, Dext and PayCircle.
This temporary role is available for an immediate start and is predominantly remote working, with a requirement to work with the team based in Farringdon once a fortnight.
