Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Our client a busy estate agent in the heart of the city is seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Administrator to fill a full-time role in a fast-paced environment.
Based in a central Shoreditch penthouse office overlooking the rooftops of the competitive London property market. The ideal candidate will be fully experienced in Reapit & Goodlord. Have great attention to detail, the energy to go above and beyond and a positive and professional attitude.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare tenancy agreements.
- Complete referencing process.
- Effectively manage the office diary system.
- Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
- Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
- Update website of property details
- Experienced in Reapit & Goodlord
The right person:
- Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
- Must be punctual and very well organised.
- Excellent telephone manner
