Skills and responsibilities:
- Utilise your time management skills and ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of events.
- Negotiate keen pricing from venues and suppliers, demonstrating your strong negotiation skills.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, allowing events to run smoothly and successfully.
- Showcase your strong administration and written and verbal communication abilities to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Bring your creative and innovative approach to event management, planning unforgettable experiences.
- Utilise your strong computer literacy to assist with all aspects of event coordination.
- Influence all stakeholders to work together and deliver company events on time and within budget.
- Pay attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned during the planning process.
- Embrace an enthusiastic team-oriented approach, working collaboratively to achieve excellent event outcomes.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism while representing our client.
Contract Type: Temporary, approx 3/4 months
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Hourly Rate: £12.00 to £13.50
