Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service experience to all stakeholders.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors at the centre.
- Proactively seek feedback and resolve customer queries at first touch.
- Manage centre standards to the highest level.
- Conduct pre-event inspections of all meeting rooms and show offices.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and processes.
- Complete all auditor checks and resolve issues within acceptable time frames.
- Manage the accident book and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Review and update emergency evacuation procedures.
- Monitor contractors to ensure their working practices align with policies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
