Nursery Practitioner
- Location: West Kensington/Hammersmith area
- Salary: Up to £27,500 per annum
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - All year round nursery
- Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This role involves supporting the nursery to maintain high standards, creating effective learning environments, ensuring child safety, and working in partnership with parents and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all legislation and EYFS frameworks.
- Create inspirational and effective learning environments.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children.
- Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
- Report any issues of concern to senior team members.
- Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification or above in Childcare.
- Minimum 1 year of nursery experience.
- Work authorisation in the United Kingdom.
