JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000

HOURS: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the medical industry, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Quality and Service Manager.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure that the organisation consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • You will lead the implementation of effective service delivery and customer care initiatives, ensuring that service levels are consistently met and exceeded.
  • You will drive continuous improvement efforts across the organisation, analysing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance quality and service.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
  • To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents, and to record the findings on the relevant forms
  • To recommend and implement control measures and advise on the standards of P.P.E. issued to employees

What are they looking for?

  • Auditing experience is essential, ideally in a Lead role
  • A proven track record in a highly regulated position, understanding the need for quality and compliance
  • Experience using Quality Management Systems
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement effective solutions
