We've partnered exclusively with a very prestigious organisation in Ely in their search for a new IT Support Engineer to join their team. Joining this small IT team, you will be responsible for anything and everything to do with IT! Whether that's 1st line support changing a password, or replacing all the network switches, this is a team where everyone gets involved and supports one another, regardless of what level you are at. This gives the perfect environment for someone to come in with previous IT Support experience, increase their skillset massively and really make a difference to this incredible organisation.
With free parking, training, progression opportunities all within a very friendly and welcoming environment, this is an excellent role for someone who is eager to learn, wants to be kept busy, and is able to communicate with people at all levels effectively
The Role:
- Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system
- Installation of Software and Hardware + support of both
- Support various projects such as a Hardware refresh and replacing the network switches
- Desktop Support
- Infrastructure improvement projects
- Database administration
Requirements:
- Able to commute to Ely 5 days a week (free parking onsite)
- 2+ years IT Support experience
- Hands on desktop support
- Active Directory, Office 365, Intune
- Excellent communication with people at all levels
- Full right to work and remain in the UK without any restrictions
