About Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded law firm known for providing comprehensive legal services across various practice areas, including Family Law. Our Family Law team is dedicated to offering compassionate and expert legal advice to our clients. We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Family Solicitor who can contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements.
- Advise clients on all aspects of family law, ensuring they understand their legal rights and options.
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, statements, agreements, and consent orders.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, including hearings and mediations.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and related legislation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing empathetic and professional support throughout the legal process.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Family Law team and other departments to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the Family Law department and attract new clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
- Proven experience in handling a wide range of family law matters.
- Knowledge of international family law procedures and legislation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using legal practice management software and other relevant technology
