Role and Responsibilities:
- Carry out client fact finds.
- Collate documents.
- Provide advice and recommendation on Mortgages & Protection products.
- Submit applications and oversee through to completion.
- Occasional requirement to attend the office for team meetings and collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, minimum 12 months.
- CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
