Year 2 Teacher– White City– Starting September
This is an exciting opportunity for a year 2 teacher to become a valued member in a prestigious and supportive primary school on a contract.
The role
As a year 2 teacher, you will be expected to be patient, understanding and passionate about teaching. This role is a contract position, and you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience to provide pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential.
As a year 2 teacher, you will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum while keeping pupils engaged.
The ideal candidate
The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils' success and therefore you must have the following:
- Have proven success in your teaching career to date
- Have Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching year 2
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ensure pupil safety inside and outside of the classroom
