Key Responsibilities of the Junior
Data Analyst
- Design and enhance workflows for customer interactions, digital engagement, customer tracing, and data enrichment initiatives.
- Assist in driving innovation and process efficiency across the team through ongoing improvements and optimization efforts.
- Work closely with operational teams to assess business needs and provide technical solutions that meet strategic goals.
- Simplify and automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Support essential, data-intensive processes such as onboarding new clients, regulatory reporting, performance tracking, and operational testing.
Skills and Experience of the Junior Data Analyst
- Experience in a similar role or open to graduates from a computer science or relevant degree
- Proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages, with proven experience in query optimization and managing ETL workflows.
- Expertise in analysing and interpreting complex datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
