Payroll Executive - Part time - London

Our client sits in the Financial Services sector with a portfolio of global businesses focusing within Insurance/Cyber Insurance & Reinsurance.

Due to continued growth through M&A and Sales, they are now keen to secure a new Payroll Executive to help manage the payroll and benefits across a hand full of their portfolio businesses in the UK and Europe with some heads being in the USA.

Ideally you will have a strong understanding and experience of running payroll for a varied number of clients and also be able to work across various countries when it comes to the different legalities and requirements in payroll and benefits. You must be able to demonstrate agility and be prepared to support a business that is still growing, which may entail setting up new payroll facilities and benefits for any newly launched offices in other countries across Europe.

This role will require you to work with a third party payroll agency and work with the Internal Finance team when it comes to reconciliations, payroll reports and approvals.

Advanced Excel skills are a must and a proven track record in managing a payroll facility within an equally dynamic and robust environment is essential.

This role offers flexible hours (Part time 3 days per week or school hours) and will initially be office based (London) with some flexibility to work from home. It is a permanent role with an immediate start.
