Job Role: Casual Sous Chef Location: Birmingham Pay Rate: £20.17 (£18.00 + £2.17 holiday pay)
We are thrilled to partner with a leading football club in Birmingham and are seeking casual Sous Chefs to work in a high-level fine dining ala carte restaurant. This position involves a commitment to 90% of home games across four competitions between August 2024 and May 2025As a casual Sous chef you will assist the head chef to deliver the finest six course dining experience to VIP fans.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Excellent English skills
- Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety and HACCP
- Exposure to high end fast faced environments.
- Experience in Rosette or above restaurants.
- Availability for at least 25 home match days on weekends and evenings
