Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for an interim period of 6 months on a fixed term contract basis.

This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment undergoing significant change.

Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the Office coupled with on site trips to your Stakeholders locations.

Initial 6 month contract as Senior Finance Business Partner for this multi-site employer of choice.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing accounts for multiple sites, undertaking both external and internal reporting. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised in coordinating budgeting, planning and forecasting activities.

You will proactively identify areas of under or over performance within multiple sites, understanding the drivers for these and making informed recommendations. Providing senior level commercial finance support to various business units will be part of your remit.

You will also lead, manage and develop a team of Commercial Finance Managers. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will contribute to the design and implementation of reporting packs.

  • Manage Accounts for multiple sites including P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Undertake External/Internal reporting - Board Packs
  • Lead and coordinate budgeting, planning and forecasting activities
  • Identify areas of under or over performance within multiple sites and make recommendations
  • Provide senior level commercial finance support to any of the Business units as requested
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of Commercial Finance Managers
  • Work closely with Financial Controller and Systems Accountant/Project Accountant in the design and implementation of reporting packs

Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with principals and senior leadership teams. As a qualified accountant, you bring proven expertise to this role.

  • Strong leadership experience
  • FBP & FP&A background
  • Advanced / Intermediate Excel skills - ability to automate, create dashboards, modelling
  • Experience working in a multi-site model (Retail, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable working with principals and SLT
  • Qualified Accountant
