Role Overview:

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience

Hours: 0900 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Location: Holborn, London

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

Role Summary:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Clinic Scheduler who will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, ensuring a smooth process with regards to patients' bookings with our consultants, with any queries being dealt with appropriately and efficiently.

Role Duties:

  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments as required.
  • Answering patients' questions regarding processes and providing suitable information as required
  • Booking, confirming and updating patient appointments.
  • Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Scheduling appointments and follow-ups.

Qualification/Experience for Role:

  • Suitable experience within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role desired
  • Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues
  • Experience as a Medical Sectary or PA preferred
  • A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferred

A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. They work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Their prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
