Graduate Marketing Executive

Our client is an award-winning, global marketing agency based in Marlow, working with some of the world's leading brands.

They're looking for a graduate to join them as an Account Executive and work with one of their key accounts and support the account team in managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

The successful candidate must be a strong team player with good organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt to fresh challenges, keen to learn all there is to know about marketing today.

Excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare and hybrid working. Salary depends on experiience.

Duties include

  • Campaign/project management
  • Understand our processes and systems
  • Demonstrate how to progress projects as efficiently and accurately as possible
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the deadline
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Take ownership of delegated projects
  • Learn to be a marketing program and marcomms expert
  • Ensure campaigns that we deliver are the best that they can be and, where there is the opportunity, make recommendations
  • Understand studio creation processes, from designing & building a social post, through to motion graphics and digital services
  • Work within the team to provide support and help to others when needed; both within account teams and across the company

Skills/Experience

  • Commitment and passion for marketing - a marketing degree would be great but not essential
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Strong team player with the flexibility to work with different teams
  • Quick learner who shows initiative
  • Attention to detail and pride in doing a great job
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Communication - listen, understand, question and collaborate
  • A questioning mind and a positive approach
