I am looking for a talented Project Architect with excellent technical skills and a strong attention to detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Stockport. The award-winning team have a vibrant portfolio with projects spanning the commercial, education and healthcare sectors and pride themselves on delivering sustainable and high-quality designs. Creating client-led designs ensures that expectations are exceeded, which contributes to the practice's brilliant reputation.
The successful Project Architect will have significant UK-based experience and should be confident in producing technical designs and delivering projects through all RIBA stages. Strong technical abilities and Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Significant UK based experience post Part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Excellent technical abilities
- Confident managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Happy working independently and as part of a team
- Complete projects within budget and within deadlines
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and other consultants
- Revit experience is essential
- Must live locally to Stockport, or be willing to relocate
