Electrician - fully qualified with Inspection & Test
Salary: up to £42000 for experienced Electrician, £30 - £35K newly qualified Electrician, .
Full-time permanent position with company van, fuel, tools, uniform, paid holidays, pension etc.
Looking for a fully qualified 18th Edition Electrician with 2391 or similar Inspection and Test certification.
This role is to work for a company with 1000's of social housing properties across mostly the SE London area under contract. The role is to install new Aico Smoke Detectors and Heat Detectors into mostly houses that have been converted into flats. This is to meet the new "Stay Put" regulations.
The installs require taking a permanent live feed from the lighting and installing wireless enabled smoke and heat detectors. There is also a central hub and a Test Switch to be installed in each building.
The system then requires configuration on an app, training on this will be given.
Each site takes around 2 days, installing on average 12 devices per site.
A Minor Works Certificate must be created for each flat and one for the communal area. (The company are under NIC EIC). You must be certified to undertake inspection and test ideally with the 2391 certificate.

- Have a full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
