HR Administrator - FTC

Our client is an award winning, global architecture practice who have designed some of the worlds most iconic public buildings.

They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them initially on a 3/4 month fixed term contract. You will supp rt the HR team with all administration including interview coordination, reference checking, recruitment and on boarding paperwork.

HR experience would be ideal, but strong administration experience and professional approach are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking, sending and tracking of all references/requests
  • Checking and chasing expired documents such as passports, visas, training qualifications etc.
  • Updating and maintaining current personnel information on HRIS
  • Maintaining electronic personnel files, including scanning and shredding HR documents in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations
  • Assisting Line Managers with short listing and interviews
  • Taking notes for meetings as required (including investigation, disciplinary, grievance & appeal meetings, as well as general departmental meetings)
  • Updating and or issuing HR policies ensuring they are compliant with employment law
  • Any other duties as and when required, including Involvement in HR Projects

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to provide a professional approach ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • MS Office experience
  • Office administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes would be ideal
  • Proficient notetaking and typing skills
  • Clear communication skills - spoken and written
  • Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised if necessary
  • Can work under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines
