Salary - £50,000 + Commission (1st Year OTE £80,000)
Location – Waterloo (Hybrid once passed probation, 2 days from home)

The Role
You'll lead the team by setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and providing coaching. Other responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, and executing high-impact sales presentations, negotiations, and closings both over video calls and F2F. This role covers a mix of warm and cold sales development.
Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities within the conveyancing sector, collaborate with the marketing team to drive product awareness, and maintain strong relationships with key clients like law firms and conveyancing professionals.
To be considered, you'll need experience in coaching and managing a sales team as well as similar industry experience in Legal Technology, ID verification or Anti-Fraud Software.
