Contract
Senior ERP Support Analyst for an initial
6 month
period with advanced K8 / Babbage ERP platform experience. In this role, you'll be tasked with configuring, troubleshooting complex issues, and fine-tuning ERP performance across the entire group. Additionally, you'll handle escalated tickets, contribute to project delivery, and provide support / deputise for the Team Manager as necessary.
The ideal Senior ERP Support Analyst will possess:
- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise with the K8 / Babbage ERP system. Familiarity with v21 would be highly advantageous, though not essential.
- Proficiency with Babbage modules including AP, Accounts Receivable, Sales Order Processing, and Stock Management.
- Experience in generating Data Exchange (DX) reports would be highly beneficial, though not essential.
- Capability to maintain the service desk CRM, identify trends, and generate proactive documentation to aid the wider business in troubleshooting common issues.
- Aptitude to thrive under pressure, handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and resolve problems autonomously.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to lead and guide a support team when required.
- Prior experience working within a builders merchant would be highly desirable
