This role is going to appeal, if you are an experienced Payroll professional who has experience of working in an organisation which has a large and complex payroll and would love to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a positive impact.

Your duties will include :

  • Oversee full-cycle payroll processes for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and Finance departments.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries regarding payroll.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare regular payroll reports for management.
  • Manage payroll audits and liaise with auditors.

Profile

A successful Payroll Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading a payroll team.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
