Account Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Account Development Manager to join a thriving global company , focusing on niche market segments. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who is adept at developing markets, growing sales, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage all sales activities within the designated region.
- Prepare, finalize, and localize technical and commercial quotations.
- Utilize CRM tools to follow up on leads and manage quotations effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including oil companies, refineries, into-plane & storage companies, pipeline companies, and dealers.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential agents and distributors.
- Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of company standards, with internal training provided.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure comprehensive commercial, technical, and logistic support.
- Proactively seek out new customers to expand market coverage and increase market share.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on booking, sales activities, and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of technical processes.
- Experience in filtration products is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated excellence in a similar role, with the ability to manage the full sales process from quotation to commissioning.
- Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
- Highly proactive, reactive, and capable of working independently.
