Account Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Account Development Manager to join a thriving global company , focusing on niche market segments. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who is adept at developing markets, growing sales, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage all sales activities within the designated region.
  • Prepare, finalize, and localize technical and commercial quotations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to follow up on leads and manage quotations effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including oil companies, refineries, into-plane & storage companies, pipeline companies, and dealers.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential agents and distributors.
  • Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of company standards, with internal training provided.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure comprehensive commercial, technical, and logistic support.
  • Proactively seek out new customers to expand market coverage and increase market share.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on booking, sales activities, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of technical processes.
  • Experience in filtration products is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated excellence in a similar role, with the ability to manage the full sales process from quotation to commissioning.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Highly proactive, reactive, and capable of working independently.
