Elevation Recruitment Group's Technical Engineering division is currently working with a global, leading manufacturing business in their search for a Head of Technical in South Yorkshire.
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping multiple divisions, key business strategy for 2024 and beyond, as well as providing a influential platform in the senior leadership team.

The Head of Technical duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Group strategy and share knowledge and learnings for the technology roadmap, allocating technical resources to achieve outlined objectives
- Drive and develop a wide range of technical and quality business functions including the development of highly qualified teams
- Ownership of site technical budget to support to further development of site capabilities across 3 functions
- Utilise previous hands on technical experience form challenging manufacturing fields to steer the growth and direction of each division
- You will lead from the front, coach mentor and develop your team to be customer centric and deliver the best customer experience
- Active engagement and implementation of change management across the site.
- Support cross functional departments in delivery first class service; products and technical knowledge
