T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of an innovative and growing business who due to continued success are looking to appoint a Partnership/Sales Manager B2B. This is a newly created role and as Partnership/Sales Manager - B2B this is a great opportunity to mark your mark in the business by developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporate clients and leading the Business Relationships Team.

  • Hybrid - 2/3 days office based
  • Salary £50,000 to £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package

Driving business growth and enhancing the services portfolio, your key responsibilities as Partnership/Sales Manager - B2B will include:

  • Leading a small team, you will identify potential corporate partners and develop business strategy to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Be the primary contact for corporate partners ensuring clients expectations are met and ideally exceeded.
  • Manage budgets for partnership projects ensuring cost effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
  • Ensure individual and team performance targets are achieved.
  • Identify area for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Provide the senior management team with regular reports, including key metrics and insights.
  • Make strategic decisions about corporate opportunities and how to wisely invest time into client attraction and retention.

To be successful as Partnership/Sales Manager B2B, you will have the following, experience, skills and attributes:

  • Proven background in developing and executing strategic business plans.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and feel at ease forging strong trusting relationships with high net-worth individuals, organisations & VIPs.
  • Be able to present complex information clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
  • Understand financial principles and be able to manage budgets effectively
  • Results driven with a proven background in business development and be able to demonstrate this.
  • Have an understanding of how to align partnership strategies with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Adept at conducting market research to identify potential partners and access market opportunities.
