We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Private Client Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive to join a well-established busy team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years PQE and be ready to handle an existing caseload while seeking opportunities for further development.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Colchester. Initially, the successful applicant will primarily work from the office, but may have the option to work one day from home once settled.
- Involvement in a range of areas, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection, and LPA's.
- Handling client inquiries and communication with clients and other parties.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Identifying and nurturing potential client relationships.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in Wills, Probate, and LPA's.
- Desirable experience in Court of Protection work.
- Ability to independently handle a caseload of clients with some supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Desire to expand and develop a client base.
- IT knowledge and interest.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and self-driven
