Description
The Management Accountant will;
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Conducting financial analysis to aid business decision-making
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Contributing to the development of internal financial controls and procedures
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters
- Assisting with audit preparations
- Ad-hoc financial duties as required
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent)
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
