We are proud to be in partnership with a prestigious company based on the outskirts of Ipswich (with parking) who are looking to recruit a talented Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their established team in Ipswich.
Firstly our client deal with the supply, storage and distribution of a very popular product in the hospitality industry - you won't be disappointed! They are looking for an individual who has flair, natural passion and a desire to want a career within their business.
You will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:
- Speak to customers both new and old in a professional and warming manner
- Manage customer accounts to a level of excellence
- Deal with customer queries, check status's of orders
- Resolve and have the ability to deal with complex issues if and when they arrive
- Organise delivery/logistics
- Provide efficient updates to the customer
- Liaise with internal staff to ensure the customers order will be ready and dispatched on time
- Respond professionally to customer emails
- Offer an all-round service of excellence
- Build strong and robust relationships with customers
- Ensure any financial information is correct/billing
For this role you will need to have the following:
- Experience in the hospitality industry OR a minimum of one years' business to business customer service experience
- Strong customer service ethics
- Desire to want a career
- Work to a meticulous level
- Confidence with communication at all levels
- Ability to construct business emails
- Good all-round IT
Package:
- Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00
- Base salary plus annual bonus
